ਦਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਜਾਇਆ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਬਾਦਲਣ ਵਾਰ।
ਸੁੰਦਰਤਾ ਮਾਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਮੇਰੀ ਮੱਧ ਵਿੱਚ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਰੂਹ ਵਿਚ ਅਸੀਂ ਖੋ ਗਏ ਹਾਰ।
Translation:
The winds tore apart the sheet of light, The raindrops adorned the clouds with grace. Beauty lies slain within me, We've lost ourselves in the soul of Punjab.
ਮੇਰੇ ਦਿਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਮੰਗ ਦੀ ਸਾਜ ਹੈ,
ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸੂਫੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਰਵਾਂਗੀ ਹਵਾ ਹੈ।
ਵੀਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਨ ਹੈ ਸਾਡੀ ਆਖਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ,
ਅੰਬਰ ਦੀ ਫੁਲਕਾਰੀ ਸਦਾ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਵਾਰ।
Translation:
There's a rhythm of hope in my heart,
The fragrance of Punjabi Sufis is in the air.
The pride of the brave resides in our eyes,
The celestial artwork of the sky every morning.
ਸੋਹਣੇ ਰੰਗ ਦੀ ਖੁਸ਼ਬੂ ਮੇਰੇ ਬੋਲ ਵਿੱਚ,
ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਮੋਹਬਤ ਦੀ ਰਾਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੋਲ ਵਿੱਚ।
ਮੇਰੇ ਦਿਲ ਦੀ ਧੜਕਣ 'ਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਪਿਆਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ,
ਸਾਡੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਹਰ ਪਲ ਉਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਢੋਲ ਵਾਰ।
Translation:
The sweet aroma of vibrant colors in my words,
The path of Punjabi love resides close to my heart.
The love of Punjab pulsates in my heartbeat,
Their drums resound before us at every moment.
ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਿਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੀ ਲਗਾਨ ਹੈ,
ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਕਵੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਬੋਲ ਹਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਉਦਾਨ ਹੈ।
ਆਪਣੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮਾਈ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਲੋਕ,
ਸੋਚ ਸਮਝ ਕੇ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਪਿਆਰ ਦਾ ਸੋਲ ਵਾਰ।
Translation:
In people's hearts, there is a fervor for life,
I am the flight in the words of Punjabi poets.
Immersed in our emotions, O people,
Love's essence feels evident with thoughtful understanding.
ਰੂਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਗੀਤ ਮੇਰੇ ਸੋਹਣੇ ਬੋਲ ਹਨ,
ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਰੰਗ ਮੇਰੇ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਹਨ।
ਸੁਨੋ ਹਰਿਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਦੀ ਵੱਡੀਆਈ ਦੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ,
ਮਿੱਠੀਆਂ ਬੋਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਪਿਆਰ ਪਿਆਰ ਵਾਰ।
Translation:
The melodies of souls are my beautiful words,
The colors of the Punjabi language are my court.
Listen to the tale of divine love,
With sweet words, God's love resonates.
ਸੂਰਜ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਨ ਲਈ ਰੰਗ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ,
ਸਾਵਨ ਦੀ ਬੂੰਦਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਲਿਖਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਪਿਆਰ ਦਾ ਮਿਠਾ ਗੀਤ ਸੁਨਾਓ ਸਾਰੇ ਦਿਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ,
ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸ਼ਾਇਰੀ ਦੇ ਮੋਹਨ ਸੋਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵਾਰ।
Translation:
Colors are painted with the sun's rays,
Written in Punjabi are the raindrops of Saawan (monsoon).
Let all hearts listen to the sweet melody of love,
In the enchanting notes of Punjabi shayari, you take your turn.
ਜੀਵਨ ਦੀ ਧੁੰਦ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਕਵੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ,
ਸੂਰਜ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਨ ਜਿਹੀ ਰੌਸ਼ਨੀ ਦਿਖਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਬਹਾਰ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨਾਲ ਹਰ ਦਿਲ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ,
ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸ਼ਾਇਰੀ ਦੇ ਕਲੰਕ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਟਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
Translation:
In Punjabi poetry, one finds the fog of life,
Like the radiance of the sun's rays, it shines.
With the voice of spring, it reaches every heart,
Erasing the blemishes of Punjabi shayari.
ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸ਼ਾਇਰੀ ਦੇ ਰੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਡੇ ਦਿਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮਾਂ ਲੈਂਦਾ,

ਸੁਖ ਦੁਖ ਦੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਸੁਨਾਈਂਦੀ ਹੈ,
ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸ਼ਾਇਰੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੁਕੱਤਰ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਵਾਰ।
Translation:
Punjabi shayari carries the colors within our hearts,
Love is always woven in the melody of affection.
It narrates tales of joy and sorrow,
Punjabi shayari has its own liberated voice.
ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸ਼ਾਇਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਡੀ ਆਤਮਸਾਤ ਵਸਦੀ ਹੈ,
ਬੋਲ ਬੋਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿਆਰ ਦੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਰਵਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਅਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਣਦੀ ਹੈ ਰੋਸ਼ਨੀ ਸੁਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ,
ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸ਼ਾਇਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਵਾਰਦੀ ਹੈ।
Translation:
Punjabi shayari resides within our souls,
It weaves the words of love in every sentence.
It illuminates the eyes to convey radiance,
Punjabi shayari adorns our lives.
ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸ਼ਾਇਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਕਸਰ ਸਿਆਹੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਥ ਹਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਕੜਦੇ,
ਹਰ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੜੀ 'ਤੇ ਆਸ ਬਣਾਏ ਰੱਖਦੇ।
ਕਲਮ ਦੀ ਗੁਣਗਾਣ ਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਦਿਲ ਨੇ,
ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸ਼ਾਇਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
Translation:
We often hold Punjabi shayari in our hands,
It fuels hope in every eye's struggle.
My heart sings the praises of the pen,
Forever dedicated to Punjabi shayari.
